Turmeric-Ginger Golden Milk Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)

– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

– A pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)

– A sprinkle of ground nutmeg (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the turmeric powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup (if using), and black pepper to the saucepan. 
  3. Whisk the mixture until well combined and heated through. 
  4. Remove from heat and pour the golden milk latte into a mug. 
  5. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg (if desired) for garnish. 
  6. Enjoy while warm!

This golden milk latte is not only delicious but also packed with anti-inflammatory properties from turmeric and ginger.
