Gut-Guard High Protein Dish

Ingredients: 

– 1 cup Greek yogurt 

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

– 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal 

– 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

– Fresh berries or sliced fruits for topping

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and hemp seeds.

2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and mix again.

4. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture.

5. Serve the gut-healthy high protein mixture in a bowl and top it with fresh berries or sliced fruits of your choice.

6. Enjoy as a nutritious and satisfying breakfast or snack!
